    diy trickle filter

    i have made joeys Diy trickle filter with some modifications i am hoping to post some pics of it soon Click here to enlarge i will do a whole tank shot and some close ups.
    i am moving it around soon as i am moving my tank to the other wall in my room so i am going to switch from black pol to pvc pipe. and so far it is doing well. Click here to enlarge

    my first bat at fishkeeping i was your age my mom killed all my fish and i quit fishkeeping for 10 years i must say im proud a young adult like yourself so activley aaccomplishing so much in this hobby im shure your trickle filter is better than any other 13 year olds out their congrats n i think its 15 posts b4 u can post pics to avoid spamers

    yeah the tank doesnt look too good at the moment so before i take the pics i might clean the filter up a bit and uncover the decor from sand HAHA :P

    yeah it actually is, it is a stand for my speaker but i needed room for my fish tank so i took the speakers out. it is very stable, but the tank and filter will be moved to the other wall in my room and the filter will be in my put in wardrobe up the top with ventilation fans and vents Click here to enlarge

    or maybe i will make an overflow and sump with the trickle tower so my room is not as messy :P
    75g: 1 red gibby, 1 albino red Oscar, 1 red Oscar, 1 blue claw yabbie, 2 BN plecos, 2 green terrors (silver saum).
    15g: male betta, 1 longfin rosy barb.

    i suggest you use some flexible tubing instead of that zigzagy black tubing going in the trickle filter
